WTF? Kara/Leoben. OMG. So wrong and so good. Also, Six genuinely loves Baltar. Figures. And it looks like a Boomer is involved with the resistance. Lee and Daddy will hopefully do something to save the day, but first the former should hit the gym and the latter a barbershop. Because if their condition is supposed to indicate existential despair, they've succeeded. In inducing such in me.

Because I've been rambling about Ouran High School Host Club, here are some stills behind cut. I just realized I never did a GetBackers picspam so it's something I must remedy in the near future.

And in other news, we now have an extra day in Japan. Yay! We've tentatively narrowed the places we want to see to Tokyo, Nikko, Nara, Kyoto, Matsumoto, Himeji, and Kawahara. We are probably only going to have time for Tokyo, Kyoto and at most three other places, so any help in narrowing it down? (we get to Tokyo Saturday afternoon and the tentative schedule is we spend Saturday afternoon in Tokyo, ditto Sunday. Monday we take a sidetrip to somewhere (sidetrip 1). Tuesday and Wednesday we spend in Kyoto. Thursday and Friday are sidetrips 3 and 4 (from Kyoto). Saturday is Tokyo again and Sunday we fly back). Himeji is a must because of the castle, and I would really love to hit Kawahara, but in a choice between Nikko, Nara and Matsumoto, what's best? I am torn between two of the former. Nikko or Nara? Anyone on the flist?

ETA: I've watched the first ep of Tsubasa Chronicle and I like, but am I losing my mind or are the Prince (Touya) and his Priest actually into each other? I don't usually have slash goggles or anything but the vibe is waaaay too strong. Plus, Sakura is adorable and Syaoran joins the list of really cool, really sweet and decent anime guys. Fye and Kurogane are potentially interesting.

Jamie Bamber in the fat suit cracks me up. hopefully Lee will "lose" all of that weight really really quickly. and Adama must lose the 'stache. I'm used to EJO having one but not Bill. it is just wrong somehow.

I'm not sure about this daughter thing but I love Leoben and enjoy watching him in scenes with Kara so I am cautiously optimistic.

You bettcha. CLAMP is well known for their yaoi. Touya and the priest are actually characters they've used before (CLAMP worlds all tend to tie together) in Card Captor Sakura in which Sakura had a crush on Yuki, but he was into Touya. Different world, same characters. CLAMP does a lot of AU stuff.

Anyway, Fai is awsome and Kurogane grows on you. Syaoran is more than he seems and is really one of the sweetest anime heroes ever.

Mori is a lot hotter in the manga. I do NOT like his anime character design.

The Witch has her own series in anime and manga called Xxxholic which is also quite well received. CLAMP is a massively popular manga group right now. And she does help some, in her own fashion. She's very ambivilent.

I know her name isn't Glinda so she isn't all nice and shiny, but I do find her demands annoying. Plus, what on earth will she do with the items? What does she need a sword for? Or memories of someone else? She needs to get smacked, IMO :P

Waaah, no speaking ill of Yuuko! She just requires fair payment for the favours she grants. And the favour she grants Syaoran and Co. is a huge one. Besides, dramatic irony for the win.

I am dying to watch Tsubasa Chronicle because I've been mainlining Cardcaptor Sakura for the last few weeks and I'm about to finish and thus it will be time for Syaoran and Sakura being adorable and Touya being completely in love with Yukito in an AU.

It's all available on youtube with subs so it's really easy to find. And it's totally great. Warning, so far, there hasn't been that much Touya.

I am doing this backwards, because I haven't seen CC yet so when i watch it, CC will be the AU from TC :)
