Yup, still rewatching the Hanadan movie.
































If you don't love this scene you have no heart. :) Seriously though, my love for it (I get sort of incoherent) really proves that for me,it's not about particular scenes but about how much I care for characters involved in those scenes. Because yes, this scene is gorgeous, but to be fair, Korean Hanadan had scenes that were, in abstract, just as romantic. But the problem was I didn't care about the characters and so the scenes left me cold (I fast-forwarded past the marriage proposal in K-Hanadan!) but here I care terribly for the two of them so to see them happy makes me die (and then resurrect briefly to admonish Matsujun to eat something, for the love of God).
