On the amazon board for Acheron, I literally LOLed when I read someone say this:

Honey, that, in a nutshell, is basically why I want to read the book. Plus the possibility of branding irons :D What this says about me is probably problematic, but shmoopy definitely takes a backseat for me with those books :)
Also, people are seriously and dedicatedly debating/discussing the virgin (or not) status of the guy's heroine.
