I am not in the Doctor Who fan community (nothing against it, seems lovely enough, but it’s huge and I don’t think I am a hard-core enough fan to deal with the sheer excess of info) so I am sure this is old news to those of you are who into such things, but there are, apparently, rumors of a Doctor Who movie.
*thud*
If this ever happened, even with sock-puppets, I’ll be doing the midnight screening just to see the outfits of the audience members (plus, I went to Trilogy Tuesday, and midnight showings of ROTS and Firefly, and I simply must keep up that valuable geek cred :P).
To make it even better, these rumors also ‘rumor’ that the movie would be with David Tennant *thud thud thud* (DT is living proof that cool characters are really the sexiest thing there is. I don’t think he is good-looking at all, objectively, but I can’t think straight when I see Ten and turn into a fifteen year old) and Billie Piper *mad squee of squeeful proportions.*
If I get a movie with Ten and Rose in it, I just might explode. Hopefully just metaphorically, though you never know with Doctor Who.
Please please PLEASE.
If it doesn’t happen, I am sure I’ll continue to survive unimpeded, but it would be cool if it did happen.

I am still squeeing about the sheer chance of movie! And big screen! And Ten! And Rose back! EEEEEE. Any of this would be great. More than one of this, and I would be in fangirl heaven.
ETA: re Martha. I realized I don't dislike her. I just don't find her fictionally interesting.
