Jul. 17th, 2007 09:36 amAfter I posted a while freaking essay on Doctor Who yesterday, you thought I was done? No such luck.
Watched the 'Children in Need' special, which was totally fun. Rose's initial disbelief at this still being the Doctor, and her wanting him to change back into 'her' Doctor was totally spot on.
Love.
Btw, is it just me, or does the central console of the TARDIS look a bit like the central chamber of Moya?
I also watched the deleted scenes, which I liked, all of them, but my favorite (I did warn you, shippy glasses) is the one where Ten and Rose get back to her Mom's (I think it's from the final two-parter) and they are walking holding hands. It's so normal and natural and open. Not because they are in danger, or just escaped, or running. Nah. It's just how they walk. EEEE.
Also, was reading the booklet that came with m DVd and it has a little intro write-up which made me happy because the EP wrote "From first holding the Doctor's hand to a farewell on a beach, Rose is the Doctor's reason to fight, to endure, to ensure there's light in the darkness. Together, they can achieve anything."
Told you, am a rabid shipper. To be honest, I don't think I ever loved anything without shipping someone in it.
And ohhhh, David Tennant has a Scottish accent in RL. Sounds yummy.
