Still thinking of Logan and Veronica

I went from 2 to 12 Veronica Mars icons. Such is the power of the glorious finale. Also, season finale made me realize something. Now that Aaron's snuffed it, Logan's inherited everything free and clear (or at least the good chunk of it that doesn't go to Trina). Which means he is really REALLY rich, now. Which means, now only can he follow Veronica to Stanford, he can pay for her tuition (of course, he'd never offer and she'd never take it, but still...Girl is doing all right for herself.). Heck, he can GO to Stanford, even if he didn't apply or got in: all he has to do is to donate a building. Yeah, yeah, shallow random thoughts that are obviously not happening, but make me happy anyway.

I did the same thing with Supernatural. I've had three icons from it for a while now, and then, after the last couple of episodes this season, the number jumped to sixteen. :D

Seems like half my Flist is buzzing about the VM finale last night. Now I know I need to catch up with this show.

I can't see them broken up over the summer. Honestly, I can't. For one, Logan isn't going to act out as he has no impetus of last summer but its cautionary tale, for another they both know now what the other feels for each other, and for a third, they've almost lost each other before and I think this would give them pause. But then I am not RT. I can't imagine him doing 'lather rinse repeat' with them because it would get boring. How about him actually being her bf during the season? They still have plenty of issues to work out.

I'm sure he doesn't want to recycle Dawson's Creek breakup rebreakup storylines. They're both sorry things didn't work out the first time and I'm sure it can work out with a second chance. And there's really no reason like you said. I just don't want to be crushed like I was in NiTW when Duncan showed up as the boyfriend.

Yeah, but with NitW, we didn't even know at the end of S1 that L/V would get back together. And them getting back together without any dealing with stuff (like: she turned him in. For murder. He is on trial!) wasn't healthy.

Since I bet they're all going to "Hearst" next year, it' be cool to see Veronica & Mac as roommates and Logan and Wallace as roommates. Awwww.

I do love V/L and my hope for them since the end of season 1 has been that they'd become a 21st century Nick & Nora. That would so rule! It's a noir precedent for the snarky, but committed mystery-solving couple! This is my one wish for season 3.
