Got this from comingsooon.net:

Revenge of the Sith Changes
April 5, 2005

Anyone who has followed the Star Wars prequels knows that George Lucas changes his films up to the last possible minute. (Ask anyone who happened to see an accidentally released Episode I print where Darth Maul fell down the shaft in one piece.) Revenge of the Sith is no exception. Changes are still being made, so if you've already spoiled yourself with the comic or novelization, a source lets us know of a few things you'll find different in the film.

During the childbirth, the lower half of Padme's body is now covered by some device (added digitally). Thus the scene is now inconsistent with what you see in the books, older stills etc...

Padme's last words are changed and her funeral is now even longer. There are more mourners (mostly human) and we see that she holds in her hand that wooden thing Anakin gave her in Episode 1.

My comment: awwww, I know I am going to cry.

Given that George Lucas isn't that good at the human element of his movies, I can't tell if this will be for better or worse.
I just kind of assume that if it's a movie, I'm going to cry during it.

LOL. Considering my state of spoiledness, I *know* I am going to cry at certain parts.

I love spoilers, but I don't really think they show the full extent of the scene. It also sometimes takes a while for something to sink it. For instance, I was kind of shellshocked when I saw Sin City, but afterwards I started to cry over Marv. It'll probably be the same with Anakin.

Oh, I'll cry over Anakin, all right.

The only character in Sin City I felt really sorry for was Hardigan. Ouch.

Meh, I didn't like Hartigan so much. I thought Bruce Willis was great, but the character was kind of flat. The line in the movie that really got to me was Marv's "I'm sorry, I have a condition. I get confused sometimes". For some reason, it just broke my heart. Then again, I am the only person I know who cries during The Lion King...during "Can You Feel The Love Tonight". Huh.

But Lion King IS sad. Poor Mufasa...

Shouldn't have read that. Oops.

Although now I'll feel a lot more confident when betting against my nerdy, non-spoilery friends...

I don't remember the wooden thing he gave to her. I've only seen those first two once. I suppose I should refresh my memory before going to the last one.

It's in the first movie. He carved and gave it to her. She is wearing it on some stills from RotS. Personally, I am more of a diamond ring girl myself, but I guess if you marry someone to whom posessions are forbidden, you take what you can get :)
