Battlestar and switched ships

dangermousieHas anyone else switched ships midway through the show and how does this work? I started out quite the Kara/Lee shipper, but sometime between the end of season 2 and the awesomeness of early season 3, I became a pathetic Kara/Anders fangirl. Never happened to me before (was a *gasp* Buffy/Angel shipper until the bitter end) so am rather bemused by the fact. So, has anyone switched ships (doesn't have to be BSG) partway into a show and why?
