China is on my Top 10. Really want to go there. I've long wanted to go to Asia, but the tickets are so expensive, I've been going to cheaper places first.

If you go off season which my wife and I do on occasion, you can get a round trip to Hong Kong, from Newark AP for as little as $700-$750. The thing is that once you are in China most things are so cheap that it makes up for the expensive airfair.

I took my whole wifes family, that's 11 people out for a ten course dinner in a very fancy restaurant and it cost me $80.00 (I am not kidding., This is in a private room with dedicated survice.

This year even, Continential ran a special, for only 30,000 frequent flyer miles they were giving round trip tickets to Beijing from Newark. If my wife wasn't in school we would have jumped on it
