I love her raising her hand to his face and the look on his face. Yes, if I had to ship on BSG, it would definitely be the impossibly frakked Helo/Boomer. Ahhh, the glorious angst and chemistry! Much more screwed up and romantic than Lee/Kara (at least at this stage of the game).
