And that is only one of the examples of touchy-feely stuff that was cut.

BTW, this is not a horndogged need. I had the same experience w/ a soap opera in the U.S. Some guy gets married and all of a sudden can't take off his shirt or kiss for the character anymore. He can kill though, Moron. It isn't the actor in these cases, so when husbands/actors or whoever start acting like it is the real person I think that could lead to worse problems down the line.

Date: 2012-10-06 01:17 pm (UTC)If an actor choses not get naked or do romantic scenes out of his/her love for their other half, I so respect them but in this case, they should not commit themselves to roles that have such storyline. It's unfair for them in terms of job availability but it's most unfair to viewers who were promised such characters and storyline.
What sort of agreement is between KHS and her husband is no one's business but their own. It's their private life and they are entitled to it. I can't really get angry at him for not wanting his wife to do such scenes. He apparently loves her and doesn't want her to hugged or kissed by other man. Even if they are acting the character, kissing, hugging and close personal contacts is still happening between the two. You can't deny this fact. So of course any loving man will feel jealous of such scenes and moments no matter how they think of it as just being professional.
The reason for my anger is that I don't see it so professional of KHS to take on this role knowing well she can't give her all emotions in romantic scenes or the script has to be changed in a way that she can work with her limitations. I read the writer does not too touchy feely emotions in her storyline so maybe it's us who are expecting too much love and romance from these two characters but I don't even think we are being greedy here. They are two adults who suppose to be in love. But why I can't get this satisfied feeling that they really are? I am convinced with CY's every act and every word that he loves ES. But why ES can't give me the same feelings? That hug implied more feeling of sisterly/motherly love than any other love. It was something done to convey that ES has feelings for unconsciously even if she hasn't realised that yet but I could not get that feeling from her.
Not to mention that training day scenes. She supposed to have that uncomfortable face of being so close to a person whom you have mixed feeling about him. But in return she had the face of a person being caught by most dangerous escaped criminal who really wants to kill her any minute. Totally ruined the greatness of that scene to me.
So now when I watch all those scenes I can't help thinking about the husband and if he had any influence in over all romance between CY and ES. I guess we only can wait and see.

I don't know of any star/family member that likes making out with strangers I can't take away from that...(course if you wanted me to make out with LMH even I would be freaked out, for different reasons though). I like her, but the day in age it is more professional (love or no love) to know your own limitations and cater to those limitations. Then we wouldn't have anything to bitch about...then we can hate on the writers ;)
