It took me 12 episodes but the switch finally turned and I went from "couldn't care less about this drama/fastforward a lot" to "the next episode should come out tomorrow/am even paying attention to politics"

I might have to go back and watch it again so I can properly enjoy.

I just don't like the slowmotion thingie the director likes so much when it comes to Eun Soo.
"slow motion!looks back to general while people drag her away"
"slow motion!while riding on horse and hat falls off"

I just want to roll my eyes.

But I could stare at Choi Young staring at the doctor all day long. Hmmm intense staring becomes him. Can't he look at me that way? xD LOL

okay this is OT but I just watched ep 3 of Nice Guy and jakdsfkajsdfkjkaljsekljkrjekjrwirj !!!!!!!!!!!! just thought i'd let you know that it was excellent (seriously, there hasn't been a drama written like this since ALTK) and I can't wait to see your recap! i enjoyed both one and two, but there was admittedly a bit of an emotional disconnect for me with the show and everybody besides maru. now i am rabidly in love and shipping the otp like mad.

True ... but I have hopes for him, after all he is a strapping young man and now that he is off his suicidal death wish he might channel all those lovely energies into something else 'big grin'.
Though I found it cute ... what wil he do when he finds out that she did CPR on him? As his Woodalchi are already talking about Choi Young and Eun Soo (I so love it when they ship their general), he might overhear something like that ... ohhhhh ... I guess I can use that idea for a little fic.

CY- The wilder look. I really miss it, it's weird.
ES- Flowy locks and flowy dresses. But if she learns some self-defense moves, it's a different matter.
GM- Goryo robes.
NG- Goryo robes as well.
Favorite Bad Buy - Ki Chul, hands down. I kinda miss his expressions when he's with ES.
The ending. ES and CY go back to modern world. Because. Like you said, shower makeouts.

Yes, yes. Self-defense trainer was what I came up with too! I need help. I'm actually imagining scenarios or what CY can do when he goes to the modern world. This drama has me so bad. And speaking of shower makeouts... Well, I was planning to post this when I wished you well but I thought here would be more appropriate?

This OTP really has me under a ridiculous spell coz I never ever ever write fics with existing characters. It's just that I know I can never write them well. But for fluff and for the love of ES and CY sexy times, coz we may never get to see them onscreen, I broke. Lol. I'm sorry if I'm not a better writer though but CY's threat of electrocution made it impossible not to write. Lol. Yes, I blame CY. Coz you know he wants those sexy times.

"Hoooome!"

Eun Soo kicked off her pumps and slipped into her favorite slippers. She headed straight for the kitchen to put down the bags of take-out and groceries. Placing them down on the counter, she went to shrugging off her coat, draping it on a stool.

"You are going to love the truffle pasta I've got. It won't be as good as eating it in the restaurant, but I know you're still a bit allergic to crowds and, well, we can wait to do that next time. You'll love the ambience there. It's so romantic. Not that you will notice it anyway. And oh, I've got us some wine as well and champagne coz I couldn't decide but the strawberries will be great with the champagne. And speaking of strawberries, I had a squabble with this ahjumma who wanted to cut the line in front of me, and she had a million things with her while I had but three items. I wouldn't have minded but she was really rude and ah, forget her and her atrocious perm. So how was your day? Have you spoken to-"

She felt his presence behind her. Standing so close, his chest was almost pressing into her back. A smile broke her lips and she turned around.

"Did you miss..." Her voice trailed off as she looked him up and down. She stared at him, eyes widening.

"You're half-naked."

The only things he has on him are the terry towel around his waist and the telltale blush on his cheeks. But despite the slight boyish shyness, he was gazing at her with a fire in his eyes.

She bit back the knowing smile, dragging her gaze back down and up, meeting his intense one.

"Are you trying to tell me something, Young?"

He looked like he was struggling to come up with his answer. "Last night... Shower..."

"Yes... I do remember last night," she murmured; a thrill racing down her spine. She tried to take a steady breath. "What about it?"

Young wordlessly stepped closer to her. Trapping her between the counter and his body. His burning gaze never wavering.

"Shower. Now." His soft voice almost a caress.

She bit her lip, wanting to tease him. "But the truffle-"

She gave a little squeal when he suddenly picked her up. Her legs wrapping around his waist, trying to steady herself. She looked down at him, hands on his shoulders.

"Shower now. Eating later."

A saucy smile broke on her lips. Her right hand moved up; fingers tracing the line of his jaw. She leaned down, close to his ear and whispered something before nipping his earlobe. His arms tightened around her at that.

He gave a smirk as she leaned back to look at him; his hooded gaze meeting hers, passion burning behind them. He then started to move, heading towards the direction of the bathroom, as Eun Soo leaned down to capture his lips, giggling into their kiss.

Okay, so it's not really shower makeout but implied shower makeout works? Hehe. I hope you likey. Thanks to your awesome idea of shower makeouts.

I miss Choi Young's hair from the earlier episodes! I get from a narrative point of view why they'd change it, but... I miss it anyway. At least the current style isn't too bad - I wasn't a fan of the high ponytail and the pulled-back fringe.

LOL wouldn't his hair frizz if he used his electrical powers on it? Maybe Eun Soo had a straightener in that giant tote bag of hers - I wouldn't put it past her to carry the whole beauty kit around. Or maybe Jang Bin had something usable in his doctor's tools; there must be a secret to his Pantene hair.
