YJ is, in RL, by far the best bet. (TW is not bad too but he has dead fiancee baggage).
I did think about Tae Joon or Eun Oh, who are both good options, but well, you'll end up with either a jerk of a father-in-law or a mother-in-law from hell. The latter is definitely not acceptable and the former doesn't sound fun either. :P
Though the worry is that then he'd like you because you remind me of his mother, LOL. Having grown up in HK, which is entirely populated by mommy's boys, that is an instant NO! for me. :P
See, I see it the opposite - the one good thing about his Mom being a soul eating demon who didn't care whether he was alive or not is that there is no way any prospective gf can resemble Mom or make him think she is like Mom :)

In my defence, Choi Young is extremely old-fashioned, which means (almost) every parent's dream and I was on the soclose verge of choosing Yoon Jae, but martial arts sorta trumps everything else so...
I'm pretty sure if you married into either the Five Fingers or May Queen clan, you would be driven mad in... I give the strong ones 4... hours...
I'm pretty sure marrying Eun Oh comes with the occupational hazard of dying several times a day... you would be like the asian equivalent of Rory...
As much as I love Choi Young, Yoon Jae is definitely the son-in-law my mother will approve. So, I will marry Yoon Jae to make my mom happy, but I will keep Choi Young on the side for secret rendezvous. Hey, a girl got to be greedy once in awhile.
