I love Gongmin and Noguk! It's rare that I'm actually interested in a secondary couple as I am here (also helps that I'm missing Ryu Duk Hwan from God's Quiz). The scene in the latest ep where he visits her when she's "sick" was so pretty. For some reason, I feel like they're the better developed couple at this stage - CY and ES have basically had one decent stretch of alone time! And for the emotionally weaksauce like me, Gongmin/Noguk's relationship is less doomed to failure and therefore the safer option. :P

I do think ES/CY had more scenes and development - NG/GM didn't have lengthy stretches of alone time, just brief moments like ES/CY in every ep but 7.

Ummm, Nogook does eventually die in childbirth so no happy ending all arounf.

ES and CY had better individual development in the latest episodes, but as far as their relationship development goes, it's been mainly restricted to her being shuttled back and forth between Ki Chul and Gongmin while CY either tries to rescue her or stares at her in a conflicted manner. :P Other than the fact that he was the one who brought her to the past and saved her multiple times, I keep getting this feeling that I want them to have something more to nail down their feelings/bond/relationship than that - something that could rival Gongmin and Noguk's delicious backstory.

Oh, I know! But presumably that will happen years away and not in the drama, so I can at least delude myself into thinking Gongmin and Noguk spent many happy years together. It just kind of sucks that even if ES stays with CY in the end, he'll end up dying an unjust death at the hands of the guy she just saved.

If you like suspenseful procedurals, I'd say it is. :) Stylistically it's very much akin to Vampire Prosecutor and TEN.... well, it's from OCN so kinda 'family'. RDH's Dr Han is ever so cute, very different character from GongMin. I liked S1-2 a lot but I've heard 'things' about the ending of S3 so I may not watch that after all.

Jumping in randomly to say that I agree - I really liked God's Quiz 1-2, but unless they whip out a S4 that fixes everything, it looks like S3 will have to stay unwatched. D: From memory, the only OCN drama that I haven't liked so far is HERO.
