I am sorting through almost 1400 (!!!!) caps for eps 15/16 (expect ginormous post this weekend) but I just had to post these as a little preview because...my heart!

Teary-eyed in uniform Joo Won. Can anything be better? If so, I have yet to find it.

Btw, there are rumors Bridal Mask won't air next week due to Olympics. There are lamentations everywhere, but I must be the only BM fan hoping it's true. They are doing liveshoots (I am sure in large part due to rewrites necessary due to extension) and those are murder on the cast and crew. Not to mention that Joo Won (who redefines 'workaholic' as 'utterly insane') is not just doing liveshoots as a drama lead (which alone would be enough to put most people in the hospital), but is also one of the principals on 1N2D. How he functions, I have no idea, and how he is going to avoid collapse, I have no idea either. Didn't he say he gets 30 minutes of sleep a night or something? So a week's postponement will give everyone more rest and breathing room, which is sorely needed. I will survive.

One week's rest is more than fine given the inhumane live shoot schedules, but I heard that the hiatus might last two weeks given that everything stops in Korea to make room for the Olympics.

I think a two-week hiatus might just kill me given how things ended this last episode.

I have always been a sucker for men who cry. And boy, kdramaland is full of them. After a while, I got kinda of immune to the point, I can coolly point out the good, the better and the best ones without shedding a tear or skipping a heartbeat myself. Then came Joowon. When this boy cries, I feel as if someone just fed my poor heart into the paper shredder.

And have you seen his amazing powers of concentration displayed in a recent 1N2D episode? For all his aegyo, being dorky and goofy offscreen, this boy switches to Full Pro mode when the film starts rolling.

By the way, I love your screencaps You always catch him in the right moment. Only female on the planet immune to that puppy face is Mok Dan. If someone looks at me with those tears-filled eyes, cute reddened nose, awesomely pink full lips and suited in that dastardly HOT white uniform, I will be be slave for life. Thankfully, Mok Dan is finally seeing Kangto in a different light.

Looking forward to your full post with lots of awesome screencaps. Will you be including the ones where he was doing the slo mo running after Mok Dan? I love that scene so much coz Joowon looked incredibly sexy and hot when he runs like that. I tried to screencap the scene myself but the quality is not good.

I tried to cap the running scene but that one is so hard to cap unblurry, even with 720p. I will see if it came out.

I am really attached to JW these days and I totally agree. The poor thing could use the break. I just hope he gets a break and they don't try to do even more because they have extra time. :/

I guess I'll just have to watch 1N2D to get my JW fix. What a trial this will be. :P

It continues to amuse me how alpha and intense Kang To is and how utterly not either of these things Joo Won is. That takes some chops.

Even if they use this break to film ahead that still means more rest because it means they have more time for the same number of episodes.

Holy crap, Joo Won is on 1 night 2 days? I had no idea! i never watched it cause i thought it was all ahjussi's but if Joo Won is on now I gotta check it out. I do enjoy variety. Haha oh man though going from harcore Joo Won in gaksital to funny goofy Joo Won in varieties will prob give me some major whip lash lol. I dont mind a one week hiatus, I'll miss gaksital but i always watch the olympics so I'll be suitably occupied i think, plus it'll give me a chance to catch up on white christmas and all that fanfiction i'm trying to get done reading before i have to go back to school. I tell you mousie a fangirl's work is never done. dont let kpop happen to you.

It's honestly amazing that Joo Won is still functioning at this point. It has got to be so draining on him emotionally and physically. They had this adorable moment in 1N2D where he just is sleeping like a rock. He looks like a baby!



I hope that he can get some rest during the break. Hopefully he's able to last throughout the drama's entire run. I really hope nothing happens to him.

Seeing all these cute photos of Joowon in 1N2D makes me feel so cougar-ish. This guy is making me crazy, I keep alternating between "Oooh...he is so CUTE!" and "OMG! He is so HOT!" and sometimes will you believe it, both reactions happen within one second of the other.
