Guess who is rewatching City Hunter? Again. (And other good things)...

While City Hunter will not win my 'n1 objectively best in quality' kdrama spot (which is most likely occupied by either Mawang, Legend or Worlds Within), it's becoming clearer and clearer that it's certainly the kdrama I most enjoy. It pretty much took everything I would love (and some things I didn't realize I would love until I saw them) and put them in one drama. And it certainly wins 'my favorite kdrama OTP' award! Guuuh, Yoon Sung/Nana are perfect and the actors' chemistry is insane.



We got all of the below in this ep! Her shooting him without knowing who he was, his nightmare, and then that amazing scene in his apartment after they got soaked by the rain and his yearning and desire, which is less in check due to his being wounded and thus less in control, and that almost kiss, where she gives him the permission to go for it and...guuuuh, they are perfect.























































































































































































I randomly started watching ep 8 and OMG, how much goodness does each ep have? I am now going to rewatch the drama proper despite having no time.

Oh i'm watching this for the 1st time(i'm in 6th episode) even though i am a loyal fan of "everything as long as protagonist is a hero"' with a "love-hate" relationship as a cherry in the top ( Princess' Man and Bridal Mask make me so deliriously happy). Oh, i am waiting for some angst in here...Even a little tiny bit~

I rewatched City Hunter a couple of weeks ago. Urgh, my feelings! The plot was smooth and tight, the cinematography was amazing, the OTP had great chemistry and the OST was spot-on. I can count on one hand the number of dramas I've watched from start to finish without ever feeling bored... this is a rare gem.

And I'm also looking forward to Arang!

In other news, episode 5 of "I Need Romance 2" was aaaaaaaaaaaaaawesome! I'm so glad they pushed the plot in that direction!

City hunter was just so well done - from writing to acting (and that chemistry!) to directing. I've almost never had something that have me this much pleasure, drama-wise.

I've seen up to ep 10, I'm just waiting for the subs for ep 12 to be finished so I can watch 11-12 in a row!! I'm so excited for it idek. I SAW YOUR SCREENCAP OF KANGTO HUGGING MOK DAN!!!

ps. I keep seeing people say they don't care about kangto/mokdan and I do not understand. Are you kidding me?! It's like the ultimate romantic fantasy.

I know -I've seen people say that about them and I don't get it - not only are both Mok Dan and Kang To both awesome characters, but their relationship is pert much written by my Id - it has everything I could ever want and more.

aww i LOVE City Hunter!! I was just listening to the ost yesterday!!! I was debating a rewatch and think maybe once I am up to date with my currently airing dramas that I will watch it! One of the best!
