2. Wet-shirted Song Seung Heon (filming? in?) Dr. Jin. Hey, I never said I was watching Dr. Jin for its amazing writing.



My June watching list is shaking up to be three dramas - Bridal Mask, Dr. Jin and A Gentleman's Dignity (I am not counting QIHM as it's ending the coming week). Which is great as three at a time is about all I can manage and I have a breezy refreshing romcom (AGM), a white-knuckled obsession (BM) and a cracky fun fluff (DJ). Just as it should be.

*hehe* K-Drama never fails fanservice and other than Japan and Western shows that means: jummy males (more or less since I prefer meaty guys ;)).

Bridal Mask seems to be popular but for me it has too much "blood". I always cringe at the sound of slapping. Fight Club traumatised me. Any kind of real looking force or torture and my brain shuts down.

Dr.Jin is silly funny. I like it but dunno yet if it will continue like this and if I want watch that for months. Let's see.

Ep 2 keeps failing the download for me...I think too many people are trying to download this, so i guess I'll have to wait till this week's eps get released. =D

Am watching AGD's at your recommendation (not that into a bunch of 40 years old ahjusshi - but well, this bunch is hot, for sure) and surprising ep 2 left me eager for the next episode.

Erm, I Do I Do (fast forwarding some parts, but the scenes with the OTP are quite interesting)...and that's it.

I can't bring myself to watch Doctor Jin, because I'm a huge fan of the Japanese version and I will surely compare the both and ruin the experience. I watched the first 10 seconds and noticed how similar the opening narrative was to the Japanese one, and switched the video off. =( That's how bad my bias is....

It's sort of looking like BM is the only new drama I'm going to be actively watching. Unless something else pops up at a later date. That's been known to happen. Oh well, I've got plenty of older fare to pick up if I feel the need.... Maybe I'll finally manage to finish Goden Apple. It's one of those I quite enjoy while watching but tend to forget about when I'm not.
