dangermousieRoyak time-travelling into the present to chase his dead love's reincarnation? Yes please!
EEEE! Yoochun and Han Ji Min look freakishly compatible and adorable, but my favorite of all the released Rooftop Prince stills is this one:
HEEE! HEEEEEE! He is looking mighty kingly and composed...in a convenience store full of Pringles :P
Also, a delicious wrinkle - as far as I can understand from the somewhat confusing synopsis write-up, in the past, Yoochun was not in love with HJM but Jung Yumi, his wife! And HJM was Yumi's sister and was in one-sided love with him. Hmmmm. So he came forward in time to find Yumi's reincarnation not Han Ji Min's. This is going to be interesting! VERY! Oh, and apparently modern-day HJM takes him in because she thinks he's a lunatic. LOL. LOLOLOL. And in modern day, Yumi is her stepsister who is (reading between the lines) kinda a bitch (unlike everyone else, I adore evil secondary girls, so I hope she really is), and in the past life, it's referred to her 'having stolen her sister's love' so - this is going to be delicious! Also, I was wondering if HJM and Yumi reincarnated, wouldn't Yoochun be in danger of running into his own reincarnation, but apparently the drama addresses it by having the out-of-time King be a dead ringer for a guy who apparently died, so his reincarnation must have keeled over before he showed up.
I CANNOT WAIT!!!!!
Also, fangirls are amazing. This fanmade MV for RP is pretty much seamless and perfect (luckily, both HJM and Yoochun, have done both modern and period dramas):
GUUUUUH. Also, I think I am motivated to watch Yi San now (that is where the period HJM scenes are from).
Oh, and please please, makers of RP - I will be fine with just funny cooky darling of a drama, but just for me, can you stick some major angst in? The 'past' portion would be perfect for that. Just a bit?
