I love everything about the below kiss scene in ep 8 of Padam Padam, but especially its tender awkwardness - she is such a closed-off person (who initiated the kiss, eeee!) and he not only barely has any experience, he's so overwhelmed and also probably trying not to freak her out. Ahhh. So gorgeous!

I will probably have to go back and rewatch ep 8 properly because I knew this was coming at the end of the episode and thus spent most of it too distracted to process things.

My airing drama list is as follows:

Another Brilliant Life (China)
Fermentation Family (Korea)
Hungry (Japan)
Lucky Seven (Japan)
Ojakgyo Brothers (Korea)
Padam Padam (Korea)
The Moon That Embraces the Sun (Korea)
What's Up (Korea)

I dumped Skip Beat, am waiting for subs for Lights and Shadows and Taira no Kiyomori, and Moon/Sun is something I am watching on viki while doing other things...

I like the awkwardness - they must be going for it deliberately because I have seen both leads kiss quite non-awkwardly elsewhere.

You aren't the only one watching Padam Padam. I find it very uneven, but with enough good stuff to keep me watching while I knit. 8-)
I'm banking Hungry, and not watching Another Brilliant Life, but I'm also watching Salaryman, Color of Woman and Wild Romance, so that makes up for it, I think!

The one I look forward to the most, I think, is What's Up - Salaryman is probably the best show, but What's Up I just find very watchable and the music probably the BEST of all of the musical dramas that came down the pike this last year or so. Anytime Byung Gun sings, it's a win. Manzzang singing, double win. Daesung - icing on cake. 8-) I'm such a fangirl.

I watched the first ep of Salaryman and, surprisingly, loved it - so off-kilter and like nothing I've seen before.
