I am on ep 32 which means we had solid 8 eps of Tae Hee angst!

ARGH! I am not watching Stairway to Heaven, so gimme some happiness, drama!

Also, oh good Lord, why are all Tae Hee parental figures such major fail? Birth dad - dead so not fail but out of the picture. Birth mom remarried and dumped him on his paternal family and never tried to see him (don't get me started on the whole 'paternal family didn't want her to see him/take him with her into second marriage.' She just totally accepted it as "OK, whatever"). Adopted Dad didn't ever think of telling TH that his Mom did want to take him along (what, he needed to be explicitly told by TH at 20+ that TH is fucked up due to parental issues? Is Dad dumber than an amoeba?). Grandma same as adopted Dad. Adopted Mom stole the contract and thus wrecked TH's chances with the first girl he ever loved. Jeez. At this rate, he might have been better at the orphanage. Well, except for adopted bros being awesome.



TH learns his birthmom is dead. Did I mention that I find his stepbro (a) annoying (b) looking like Korean Jeff Goldblum.





He comes to find JH (the shot of TH and little!TH sitting, kills me, only little TH was waiting for Mom and grownup TH is waiting for JE). I kinda wanted to murder her when she was all 'I thought we agreed for you not to come around.' WTF, lady! He saved your freaking life and he's clearly in pain. Chill out! In all fairness, it does eventually dawn on her that something may have happened but by that he's back in his shutdown mode and leaves. ARGH! All that hurt demands comfort, dammit!


























I really love him with second brother here. And later with fourth bro, but don't have caps of that.








EEEEE! asfjhkgkfkdfkdfjdk! "Are you scared of me?" This was ridiculously and wrongly hot. Make babies already, pls. I also cannot wait until Bridal Mask.









































Tae Bum's story is going better though :) TB is the only other brother whose story I am interested in. I like all of them by now, but this sucker is 58 eps so I must pick and choose for my own sanity. Gloria remains the only 50+ ep drama I did not ff.

Amen to everything in this post. how on earth did Tae Hee turn out so functional (relatively) and amazing given his background and the fact that every parental figure he's ever had has done their best to screw him up? Boy needs a break and enough happiness to last a lifetime via Ja Eun.

alsoo, mmmm. So excited for Bridal Mask. And yeah, Tae Bum was the only other storyline that interested me also. It's not great but was mildly cute.
