I think this may have been the most perfect thing I've seen in 2012 dramaworld, so far

First, the prelude - he saves her from loan shark thugs (the way he taks off once he finds out she is threatened, OMG) and OMFG, when his cop buddy has to hold him back, and when he starts telling her to move out and not live with horrid stepmom any more and then quickly shuts it down and says that he promised not to worry about her so he's sorry (or something to that effect) and she notices his badly bleeding hand and he tells her not to worry about him, either. Ahhhhh! Woobie! The woobiest woobie who ever woobied!












































And then he's trying to clean and bandage his hand by himself (and it kills me how he doesn't even expect or ask help from anyone. Forget Ja Eun, not his cop buddy or anyone. Self-sufficiency is good but the way he has it is too extreme, beyond loner territory, and sort of a manifestation of his trauma). And Ja Eun is walking by and sees and then this scene happens and I forget to breathe. Best scene I've seen in 2012 so far!

That was such a sweet scene, wasn't it.

I'm at ep 40 now and waiting for more subs to continue. The past few episodes have been cute and giggly enough to balance off the angst ealier. He's SUCH a total noob to girls and love - so adorable in his confusion (jealous TH :D) and I like that she's back to her bubbly and awsome self.
