Chae Yoon.

Underneath his composed (and sometimes even clownish) exterior:



Is an utter and complete tormented mess. To say he has a deathwish would be an optimistic way of phrasing it.



Not a surprise, seeing he's played by Jang Hyuk. To stick Jang Hyuk into romcom or similar, would be like using a nuke on a street brawl.

Also, is there something wrong with me? Because I find the below ridiculously hot.



Finally, this is not primarily or secondarily a romance drama, but the below MV with Chae Yoon/So Yi a.k.a. Ddolbok and Dahm, is promising me everything I ever want.

Chae Yoon... is a mixed bag all right. At this point we've only seen some of what's in there.

That MV is mighty spoilery but at least you know what to look forward to. :) Half the time I think I fall for a romance watching the hero watch the heroine, and Jang Hyuk doesn't disappoint. And the character of Soyi is worthy of such devotion.

I am utterly unspoiled except for an odd MV and out of context those scenes look cool but I have no idea what's going on, so I am not too spoiled as a result :)

And eeeee for what you said about the romance. That's my favorite kind.

Okay, since you saw the spoilery MV, I can definitely tell you that you'll love those reunion scenes. The fanvid doesn't do them justice! I'm absolutely loving TwDR. It hits all my geek sweet spots. I adore So Yi. She's so brilliant with an iron will. (Between her and Nana-Bear, this has been a very good year for the Korean heroine!) As for Chae Yoon... well, I won't talk about him until you get further along in the series!

You've gotten me even more excited (I didn't think it was possible). I am so glad I waited a while with this one and now have a huge pile of eps to go through.

So Yi is wonderful even in the little I've seen of her (am in the middle of ep 6). This really has been a good year for heroines.
