Everyone's layers are slowly being peeled open (how can this drama be so funny yet so emotional?) and I am glad to see more under Chi Soo's only-surface charm and utter disconnect from fellow humans. I mean, there may be more to the boy than the spoiled selfish rich kid who was never said no to in his life. I love it when a character surprises me with his/her vulnerability.





So, Chi Soo hates to see women cry because of his Mom? Flashback in ep 4 was interesting and too brief (and hmmm, where is his Mom in present day? There is no sign of her). Also, he was totally equating Eun Bi with his mom there which is...kdrama, you and your obsession with fakecest!

The girl who can't pick btw Chi Soo and Crazy Chicken - I just want to give her a hug - she knows who she wants but sticks with who she thinks she should want, poor thing.

tbh i think it's simpler than that. there's no emotional stakes involved for either soyi or chi soo and they're both aware, which was what makes them fun. it just prods excessive cuteness from crazy chicken. fhdjsdfksdgf he is so. cute.
