Mr. Mousie is asleep and I am rewatching City Hunter.

Namely, my favorite drama sequence this year:








Yes, this. Everything about it - Nana rescuing him, Yoon Sung's shock and rage as his worst nightmare, the one he pushed her away to avoid, comes true in front of his eyes, the sheer shock of it (I remember thinking 'surely they can't kill the heroine halfway through, but what if they will...'), the cuddling and rocking, the way she asks him if it hurt as much when she shot him, etc. Just guuuuh. And of course blood transfusion etc stuff that follows, but that is another story.

Also, the chemistry is frelling insane.

Ahhh, CH, still the drama to beat this year, for me (Though TPM came close).

i was a mess while watching this scene... it's been a while that i cried because of a tv drama aigoo.
Real emotions right there and i specially love the rocking part gawd it ripped my heart *sigh*

I love this scene too. I love when the heroine almost dies and the hero is shocked and devastated (you really get to see the depth of the hero's love). I mostly read about this situation in books, do you know any other dramas where this happens?

I LOVED this scene. I loved this whole section of the drama - I think that the drama peaked at episodes 11 and 12, though the whole series was pretty much on fire.

OMG! this scene...I thought I lost my heart somewhere... after City Hunter was finished I had to check myself if it still there I thought my heart walked out on me because of those cliffhangers...

I remember screaming a loud "NOOOOOOO!!!!" with my heart in my throat fighting back tears. *sigh* It's been a good long while since a drama had made a mincemeat of my emotions.

As for the onscreen chemistry? EXPLOSIVE! And no wonder!!!! *beams*

LOL I know it is silly, but this scene can go down as a 'Where were you/what was the reaction' type scene. I Remember exactly my reaction when it happened, and then my interest peeked again with the 'sharing' of blood. Blood was a big deal in this series...now that I think about it. With the non-blood ties, blood ties, and the saving of life through blood for mom/Nana.

*ahem* there I go...sorry ;)
