Heroine- ILY. Anyone who travels gazillion years through time, almost beheaded and stuck in palace with a crazy king, and yet whose first thought is to boost as many antiques as possible to sell for a lot of money when she goes back, is awesome.
Mo Yin- she seems scheming and wears all red. We know that means she's bad news. Also, awful taste in men.
King - omfg, is there medicine for this kind of crazy back then? His thought process goes something like 'I wanted to marry this Priestess and it resulted in death and destruction, so now that I meet her reincarnation, I must marry her against her will. What could go wrong?'
King's bro - you are hot. I have no impression of anything else yet.
Half-demon dude - you are hot too. Worst break-up ever btw.
Demon King and Demoness - holy moley make-up overkill! And the skull decor is so passé!

Date: 2011-10-04 11:05 pm (UTC)Mo Yin-were it not for her taste in men and what I suspect are some self-esteem issues, i would say she's the smartest person there. Ok, so she is still the smartest person there. But her taste in men makes me question her judgement.
King-Oh, just wait.
King's Bro-I have been fond of Tae for some time, but this is the first time I've found him hot. (Ok, somewhat in Paladins in Troubled Times, too, but I was busy crushing on his girlfriend and Wuxia Borgias most of the time.)
Half Demon Dude-and sweeter and smarter than his manga/anime counterpart. (That actually isn't hard.)
Demons-I like the demoness?

Date: 2011-10-04 11:24 pm (UTC)Are you kidding me? How can the King can possibly get any crazier? He's already monopolized all the crzy in the kingdom! I find the actor quite easy on the eyes but all I want to do is yell "Ruuuuuuun!" whenever anyone is in his vicinity.
I really like the half-demon because he does seem sweet.
Mo Yin loses about a million points for liking the psycho King, but I guess, as the (translated) saying in Russian goes, "love is cruel so you may even fall in love with a goat." That headgear has to go, too;)
I love the heroine the best so far. She is fun and funny with common sense and pretty much should get whatever she wants.
Imam nit really familiar with Inuyasha other that it involves a time-traveling schoolgirl who is a reincarnation of a priestess and a half-dog demon, so this is a fun surprise for me.

Date: 2011-10-04 11:32 pm (UTC)The king consistently amazes me.
lets see...I forget the details (I'm sure my post has them) but bascally, the body goes missing so he orders dozens of guard killed, has the general whipped for trying to point out that it was a bad idea, and orders all the jade in the kingdom to be used to make a new body for him to ogle.
The heroine is high on my list of favorites so far, but my favorrite character shows up in ep 3 or 4. Her manga counterpart was also my favorite.
I quit following inu-Yasha ages ago, but it was one of my first series.

Date: 2011-10-04 11:37 pm (UTC)Oh, who is your favorite?
One of my very first of mine was Fushigi Yugi (still do not get Miaka hate) and this reminds me of it a bit so this is extra fun.

Date: 2011-10-04 11:46 pm (UTC)as far as the king goes, I gather that in that culture, the king is viewed as the near-equivalent of a god.
