A whole bunch of things
Oct. 3rd, 2011 08:53 pm1. I've been getting a lot of Russian-language construction spam on my old City Hunter posts. I am not sure what the connection is between a fictional Korean vigilante and building materials in Kostroma, so I have no idea how the spammers are coming across these posts. At least I can read that spam! I've been getting spam in German and I have no idea if they are hawking a mortage or a virgin sacrifice.
2. I was going to watch ep 22 of The Princess' Man but I have the world's worst headache, possibly a cold, and our heater is busted and won't be fixed until Wednesday, so I feel like I am living through some sort of dark age, what with sleeping in woolen dresses and huddling under multiple blankets (we do have a portable heater in Baby Mousie's room so maybe not entirely dark age-like). So I watched something a lot lighter - ep 13 of Sunshine Angel (so adorable! Wu Zun/Rainie have awesome chemistry and make me mist up when they do) and Ouran High School Host Club. Tamaki's imagination makes me LOL and LOL.

3. I am in the mood for a cheesy 1980s movie. Any recs?

Date: 2011-10-04 01:48 am (UTC)How about "Flashdance"? I saw it recently (for the first time) and found myself quite absorbed my it. It was new and critically panned for its time (apparently, since I didn't watch it in the 80s), and from the present perspective, I think it is wonderfully done.
Tamaki is all heart. Thankfully it's a good one that also knows how to read others. But can he read his own???

Date: 2011-10-04 01:58 am (UTC)Flashdance sounds fun - I love dance movies and have never seen this one.
Tamaki is a darling but very very dense about romance. How many volumes is the manga by now? :P
