It's such a sad part because he is crucifying himself (actually I just realize that this is exactly that : he was crucified, he died... and was born again? I let you watch the next episode :-) )...
But I also think this is wonderful that DA just let HIM the choise to change or not. She never blackmail him with their love. It is just so wonderful and grown up. She tells him HE is the only one that have to choose to change and that she beleives he can, but she is not willing to make the work for him, I think this is just great.

I know - I love that when he changes it's because he decided, not because he was pushed. Also, angst was so yummy.

I love how in a very dysfunctional way she is so functional. She doesn't freak out on him, she doesn't start accusing him of how he played with her to get her family's business, she just sorta accepts him and the explanations he gives. I love that about her.

I know! I love that she gives him enough space to come to conclusions on his own - I mean, you can't reform because someone makes you, you have to do it for yourself.
