Full House is Crack

Seriously. I am seven episodes into Full House and only going to bed because some remnants of sanity dictate.

It's also interesting, because normally the character I choose as a POV one or I glom onto emotionally is male, but here it's definitely Ji-Eun who is adorable and I love her, and whenever she gets upset, I get upset too.

ETA: OMG!!!! Subs for ep four of Silence are out. I have the ep dled already so all I need to do is dl subs. Can't wait to get home. EEEEEEEEE!!!!!

Just when I got my Duncan (from Veronica Mars) dislike under control, ww614 posted exerpts from deleted scenes of NitW and poooooof. It flares up again. Buh-bye Donut!

And speaking of character dislike, I have a new most loathed non villain character: Hye-Won from Full House. Normally I don't have strong hatred reaction to fictional character because...fictional. But I have to make an exception. Precisely because she is not an evil monster twirling mustache as she offs the hero or heroine's elderly mother and uses the corpse to start a pestilence. She is just an appalingly selfish, shallow, self-centered woman.

lesbiassparrow, remember the appalingly annoying girl in Mars, Ling's ex, the one with the childish mannerisms and voice, who I hated with an abiding passion? Well, Hye-Won has replaced her.

We were watching more Saiyuki Reload, and the 'God' arc is interesting (Hakkai without his limiters!!!!!) but I keep wanting to know what happened to Kou.

As to next anime once I am finished with SR, should it be Gungrave, Harukanaru or Samurai Champloo? Are there any good romantic angsty ones (yes, Basilisk but I am going to try to save it until later as only one volume is out).

And I finish with a really random thing. Music video of Matsumoto Jun (from the Japanese band Arashi and Domyouji in jdorama Hana Yori Dango). Mainly because I love the combination of really cool dancing, really awful outfits, and really hot hotness. Basically it's Bollywood redux.

Hook Me! Prison Break and Queer as Folk

OK, Prison Break and/or Queer As Folk. Yay or Nay? I am thinking of dling or Netflixing, but don't want to have a Felicity or Dawson's Creek mark 2 where they made my head hurt.

I tried a couple eps of PB and found them too unpleasant. But should I give it another try? This time from the start and in order? You know what I like: angst, some OTP (not Michael/Linc :P), iterativeness. I keep seeing PB posts on my flist, so curious.

As to QaF, something bigboobedcanuck posted on her LJ got me interested, but is it too soapy? Sort of like Dawson's Creek (eeek) with men? Or is it really good beyond the eye candy? Boysex is not a deterrent for me, but it's not a plus either, so I don't want to watch just for that. It does have other cool stuff, right?

Hey, anyone who is sick of me posting about doramas, look at it this way. It's a chance for me to be obsessed about something else :)

After seeing the following MVs for 1 Litre of Tears ( MVs behind cut )

I cannot wait to see the dorama. But even the first MV made me cry. I think this one might overload my angst capacity. OMG. Can't wait.

Discovering doramas is as giddy as discovering Bollywood was three or four years back. There is the whole other world out there and so many things to watch.

Of course, this also means that my watching list is about a mile long and like a person with too many cool things around her, I cannot decide what to watch first and end up watching more than one dorama at a time and still running around with 'this one or this one or this one.' I know I should impose some kind of order, but even if I just finished the ones I am currently watching, I'd need to have some kind of order. It's overwhelming and great.

And new 'must watch this second' doramas get added to the list every day.
