dangermousie: (Max Liz angst by soopie)
I was rewatching The White Room ep yesterday and it just hit me. It makes sense for those Max healed to develop powers because they aren't alien powers. Nasedo explains that all the powers are human, just a few thousand years into the future, because the design allowed the hybrids to use more of their brain. So I guess the alien "contact" through healing just allowed Liz to use her brain more efficiently :)

Also, needles. Urgh. But I love the continuity because Max is still freaked out about the White Room near the end of S3.

These are spoilery. They are from the eps that have yet to air. Click at your own risk.

However, the first picture is the sexiest Apollo pic I've ever seen and it's not spoilery (other than in the fact that he obviously hasn't kicked the bucket) so I link it first so you can see just it:

Apollo Hotness )

The rest of the pics. Spoilery )

Requisite grab bag of hotness.

Not as hot as the previous post, but still pretty worthwhile.

The men today are Jason Behr, John Abraham and Arjun Rampal. What do they have in common? Nothing except hotness. Which is fine by me.

Eye candy here )

I love Bollywood for a lot of reasons: hummable music, energetic dancing, melodrama galore, emotion.

But another reason I adore Bollywood films is because often, they are truly beautiful.

Here are some images to prove it:

This is a list of movies for anyone who is not very familiar with Bollywood, but wants to check it out. Like any such lists, it tends to be quite subjective. However, the majority of the movies on the lists were award winners, hits, or popular with the people of BollyWHAT or all three.

Here are movies if you want to start:

Did you know that Rahul Bose (star of Mr. & Mrs. Iyer, Chameli, Jhankaar Beats) has a blog?

Go here.

So does Rahul Khanna (the star of Elaan, Earth, and Bollywood/Hollywood)

Go here.

So does Nandita Das (the star of Earth, Fire, and a number of other really good films).

Go here

They are all more of "parallel cinema" stars than Bollywood.
