Only ummmmmmmmm, I am not shipping Dan Ah with Kang Suk (i.e. Park Shi Hoo) but with her hunky student who has a mad crush on her.
I mean, it's giving me mad flashbacks to Biscuit Teacher and Star Candy! And he's so funny and open and adoring! And is played by Gi Young! (Yes, Heartstrings reference). It's hitting all my kinks.
Park Shi Hoo is being awesome as always, but his character is yet to have a kind or friendly interaction with Dan Ah. In fact, he was kind of a bastard to her over her grandfather's death and then he's blaming her because she made his sis do a presentation (Dan Ah is nice and apologizes instead of pointing out that if his sis has an issue with public speaking, perhaps she shouldn't take a class where presentations are required or at least notify the faculty so they'd be aware). His competence verges on arrogance and he seem to care little for anyone outside his family but, more importantly, they have yet to have a kind or nice interaction. So I cannot ship them at all. He's an awesome big brother though.
Since awesome college boy won't end up with Dan Ah (waaaaaah!), he should at least end up with KS' sis - she has a huge and painful crush on him and who could blame her.

Date: 2011-08-09 04:03 pm (UTC)The thing is, I can ship KS/DA in the future, not ruling it out, but for now (I just finished ep 5), he's amazing with his little sis, good with his parents but an utter bastard with anyone else and has been horrible about her great-grandfather's death (seriously, I'd find it hard to move on past him insulting her when she's in mourning, if I were her) and pretty much called her a whore who sleeps with faculty and students. There's not really much to ship there.

Nod, I don't think you're at the stage where they start liking each other. I didn't really feel the OTP love until I passed at least the 10th episode...but once I did, I completely fell in love with the 'ship. Anyway, I'm eager to see what you'll think of them once they get past a certain spoiler plot development.

first part of the drama it is about her and her family but in the second part it is about the 3rd and 4th pair and the 3rd part of the drama ( final )it is about closure .... but in the meantime the best things happens in the beginning
don't worry his family ain't sane either ...just look a bit at his sis :))

Middle brother is annoying and immature and so is his cop lady otp - I could do without that whole storyline. Love grandpa and the little kid. Drunk aunt and Daddy who wants to marry that exec are all boring. I am kinda in love with KS' parents - they crack me up. His sis needs major therapy - I feel sorry for her but she's kinda a freak. College boy = hawt. KS = arrogant jerk and I don't like him, but he's interesting as heck and a good oppa.

As for middle brother and his otp, just take them as comic relief. They'll bother you less then. Kang Suk's parent's are kind of functional in their dysfunction.
I really hope you end up liking Kang Suk soon.
