I haven't seen anything this real and pitch-perfect in a good long time. The way they shine around each other with quiet happiness. Wow. They have incredible incredible once-in-a-lifetime chemistry.

It starts a bit slow but is completely awesome now. It's a 15-ep drama (we are on ep 11 now) about two college students - a rocker and a classical musician, who fall for each other. There is also a whole plot about an anniversary performance being put by the school and backstabbing going on with that.
They have great chemistry between the leads and an amazing soundtrack. Here is the song in the bit of the scene I posted above:
Btw, the male lead in this, Jung Yong Hwa is the lead singer in a real-life band CN Blue who have gorgeous music:
Isn't it just perfect and amazing for words? This drama is blowing me out of the water with the Shin/Gyu Won pairing. I'm so in awe of the extent and heart-rending realism of their chemistry.
There are many really romantic kdramas, but very few that are also hyper-realistic in the way the relationship feels. I can imagine passing by Shin and Gyu Won on the street. Also, it's making me ridiculously nostalgic for my own college days and the first few months of falling for Mr. Mousie...
JYH's acting is a bit too bland for my tastes (and I just don't feel the chemistry between him and PSH); however, I DO love CN Blue, and every time he sings, I melt. So the music's really the only thing keeping me tuned in.
Also, interestingly enough, I was watching an episode of Running Man which he guest starred in, and he said he had recently visited Spokane, Washington to visit his brother - which also happens to be the city I live in. Needless to say, I was SO mad I didn't know ahead of time or I would've totally stalked him, and gotten an autograph. It's so unfair that a Korean idol was here, and I didn't even know! Granted, I think this was several years ago, but still!
hah, on hind-sight, it probably was a good thing. I have no idea if he speaks English fluently or not, so all he'd see is some crazy American running towards him, tears brimming in her eyes, as she proceeds to freak out in his presence.
So yeah, not the best way to introduce him to the US, lol...
