OK, I have come to the realization that my airing-drama roster is insane.

I am currently watching all three Monday/Tuesday kdramas - Warrior Bae Dong Soo, Myung Wol the Spy and Miss Ripley (and when Miss Ripley ends next week, I plan to watch its successor Gyebaek, so it will still be three).

I am currently watching two of the three Wednesday/Thursday kdramas - Heartstrings and City Hunter. And as The Princess' Man replaces Romance Town next week, it will shortly be three out of three.

I am not watching any weekend kdramas nor plan to in the near future but I am following two twdramas - Material Queen and Hayate the Combat Butler so it doesn't really fix things.

That's eight airing dramas at close to fifteen hours a week. And as I am also trying to catch up on recently ended dramas like Can You Hear My Heart, rewatch some (Secret Garden) or watch ended but subs-in-progress ones like KO 3an Guo and Vigilantes in Masks. And this doesn't even take into account that I watch non-drama stuff too, read, have a job and a family both of which I like to spend time on. Oh, and sleep is good.

So there is literally not enough hours in the day for me to keep up with the airing dramas. But what to doooooo! I don't want to give them up even though I must!!!! Argh!!!!

See, but even if I did that (and on a weekday I cannot do more than an ep between work and baby, on weekend I can do 3-4) it's still not enough hours :((

haha okay then the next best solution is to take a break from the dramas that are done airing (i.e. Can You Hear My Heart and Secret Garden). there's always time to watch those when there's nothing interesting to watch.

Personally speaking, Myung wol, Heartstrings and the twdramas all sound much better to wait until you can watch in whatever chunks you feel like, but that's just me. (Though I only really plan to check out hayate and myung Wol of the two.)

My drama list has gotten a little smaller after CYHMH ended, but still its alittle much to handle, I started Hayate and I'm keeping it. I going to give Myung Wol the Spy a few eps before i decide to keep with it ( After starting City Hunter this RomCom spy thing isn't working out as well, no matter how much I love Eric.)

Heartstrings is cute and I don't mind following it, I also like Warrior Bae Dong Soo. Love Keeps Going stays. I watching K.O3 whenever i feel like it and I'm also watching the new Masa drama Koukousei Restaurant....

I have the same problem. I'm not watching that many airing dramas but I've been doing a lot of rewatching or marathoning of ended but previously unknown dramas.

I'm on holiday but still have my life: I need to look after my horses, do some photography, see my friends, prepare to move into another flat etc...Dramas are the death of any social life :o)

I think I'll take happahaole suggestion and take a break from dramas that are already over once I finish the last 3 episodes of Brilliant Legacy. I planned to watch CYHMH but will now wait until all the subs are out.

Is Combat Butler worth watching? I tried watching the first episode but gave up halfway through: crappy video quality + too many sentences in the characters' heads + PSH awful dubbing + over the top acting did me in. And now I'm very worried about Skip Beat/ Extravagant Challenge. From the trailer, we know that the two male leads filmed their parts while speaking Korean and that means we'll get some dubbing as well. If it's of the same variety as PSH in Hayate, I won't be watching it. And that's coming from someone who watched dubbed (English-->French) movies/TV series for years and years so I'm pretty much imune to the drawbacks of dubbing.

CB is cutesy but goofy - I love it but it's a pretty odd little drama. I never notice even truly atrocious dubbing, so it helps.

I rec waiting until it's done then and just watching shippy bits if it's not your thing with the cookiness in general.
