Has anyone watched today's ep of Heartstrings yet? More specifically, has Shin snapped out of it and discovered GW's awesomeness or is he still pining over Weepy? Curious minds want to know.

Also, am way behind on Miss Ripley so am planning an epic binge this weekend.

From what I've read on Soompi the dance teacher turns him down pretty brutally. He lashes out at GW too at the end of the episode. I guess dance teacher and director hook up again. Either way it looks like a turning point for Shin. I'm hoping he suffers for a couple episodes and realizes that GW is the one who will stick with him.

Also there wasn't any Ki Young and GW interaction yet. :(

I think that the drama production is working on fixing the issues everyone has been having with the script. There was a news article about how the PD was in some very long meetings working with the writers. I know the drama isn't doing well in Korea so I'm guessing they're going to try and fix the trajectory of the story.

SIX TO EIGHT EPISODES!?! Aren't they already on episode 5 or something?

I mean, I like my pining and I like my angst, but only for the first six or so episodes, otherwise it starts to get torturous. This sounds horrifying.

I honestly doubt it would take that long. Sure, various obstacles are likely to prevent a hea until near the end but I am pretty sure Shin will realize he loves GW way before that.

Kdramas go crazy sometimes, so anything is possible but I think you're right.

I don't know anything about this drama but is anyone in love with GW? I'm sure secondary boy will have something to say about it if Shin falls in love with her sooner than later anyway.

Now I'm all curious about this show and want to watch.

By the end of today`s episode Weepy and Creepy are back together as a couple and Shin finally realizes that his feelings for Weepy will never be returned.

Based on the preview, tomorrow`s episode will be Shin/GW centric(FINALLY!!!)

ALSO, Shin and GW will be neighbors cuz Shin`s mom bought a new house today.

I read that the drama isn't doing too well and that they've added another writer to the team. I haven't read any comments about the drama or even watched it but, going by your posts, I'm not surprised. I don't think viewers wanted to see to the see the hero moping after another woman for so long and the heroine almost relegated to second lead status (and not only on the romance front)

I was going to wait and see but now I don't think I'll be watching this drama at all. I'm all about balance in a drama and it's been confirmed that we have the hero moping after secondary girl for basically half the drama (he'll lick his wounds in ep 6 and probably episode 7). That doesn't do it for me. I like my dramas to focus more on the heroine.

I resisted clicking on your two new City Hunter posts *willpower ON* I haven't watched ep 15 yet (I'm waiting for the DKsmurf's subs to be complete so I'll watch it this evening when I come back from looking after my horses.) and don't want to be spoiled. I'm SO glad that DKsmurf exists and that the quality of their subs went up. They provide me with a quick fix for my addiction.

Totally random but....when I was looking for posts about BOF on your LJ, I ended up reading a few things about the drama Brilliant Legagy/Shining Inheritance and I went ahead and marathoned it on a whim (I have 3 episodes left to watch). At first I didn't like it and persevered only to see how the hell Hwan was going to redeem himself. The plot is too convoluted and unbelievable to be enjoyable but Hwan is just too adorable. And Holy Mother...isn't Evil Stepmother YS's mother from City Hunter? Gosh, I've been watching her in all her bitchy glory for the past week and it'll be hard to get back in City Hunter mode and enjoy her character as an awesome mom.
