Yes, I am sure you've figured out by now that in the Myung Hoon-Miri-Yutaka-HJ love monster (because I can't even call it a quadrangle), I am firmly on Miri/Yutaka ship. I want him o heal her with his luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurve (and scads of cash). They can have felonious, bowl-haircutted babies.

Is the drama getting better? I saw the first episode and it didn't really captivate me but I'm willing to give it another chance.

it is not everyone's cup of tea, if you like beautiful, destructive antiheroes (the likes of What Happened in Bali, etc) ... or for this part an anti-heroine, this would do. It's like you're bipolar watching her... sometimes you want to yank her hair out and sometimes you want to hug her, and give her some hot cocoa. It's that conflicting. LOL

Girlfriday gave a brilliant observation that Miri is only REAL with Yoo Hyun. He always sees her in her most vulnerable or hurricane of emotions kind of state. While with Moo Hyun everything is fake.

They need to speed up with this OTP, though. the audience is getting a wee bit impatient.

But Miri is just FASCINATING. My God.

I totally agree...patiently (or impatiently) waiting for ep. 4 subs! I watched ep. 4 raw and this drama is seriously getting so good. Their hug was so short, but so sweet (even in the midst of danger). I'm a YuRi shipper too! Even though Miri & Myunghoon have chemistry and Heejoo & Yuhyun are cute together...the only OTP for me is YuRi! I want to see more of their interactions and judging from the ep. 5 preview (spoiler: Miri finds out that Yuhyun is Mondo Group's chaebol heir!)...we get to see more really soon!

@uhmbrr: You're right...I think the audience is getting a lil' impatient surrounding the development of the YuRi couple. Also, I read in Soompi that some Korean newspapers reported that the ratings dropped cuz some viewers don't like or are turned off by the Miri & Myunghoon pairing...

Thanks dangermousie for sharing your thoughts and spazzes about Miss Ripley! I'm surprised it's not as popular with the international audience. I hope the ratings continue to rise and surpass their highest so far.

There were number of reasons why they said it dropped... one was they thought it was contrived (well duh... boohoo what drama isn't? LOL), one was they don't like Miri and Myunghoon, and another they don't like Yujoo... and last, not enough Yoo Hyun/Micky.

I also do not understand the squeeing in Episode 4, because uhm... what Miri is doing to Myung Hoon is DISTURBING. It was unsettling for me to see her do that.

I am guessing Episode 5, is Micky-centric.

And I want sweaty Yoo Hyun:

Dramabeans is recapping and liking it and some of my flisties are following it too, but I think no drama can compete with romcom popularity in on-line fandom.

I don't mind Miri using MH for all she's worth btw - he was horrible to her in ep 3 and she knows she can't rely on his good heart (if any).

Even i need subs for ep 3 and ep 4 .I just love Miss.Ripley. Even i am YuRi shipper waiting so that they can get more screen time :) I want to see more interaction between them weather its love or fight i don't mind it LOL
