Yet another movie about hunky fighting men and angsty lovers that Dangermousie is anticipating this year. "Tristan and Isolde" starring James Franco and Sophia Miles. Middle Ages? Yup. Angst? Yup. Death-defying love? Yup. Bloody battles? Hopefully yup.
The release date it "TBA 2005" which means...what? I am dying here, people. Throw me a bone and pick a month already!
But here are the pictures behind the cut. If anyone can make me an icon of the first one, I'd be very grateful. If not, I'll survive.
This might be something hardwired into my DNA, but I see this picture and turn into a puddle of goo. Though the pragmatist in me wonders how Tristan and Isolde did not keel over from a cold if this was their habitual practice:
