While I confess that more often than not Thirteen drives me nuts (hello! meddling with Eight/Qing Chuan's wedding night should be some sort of capital offense) and I think Mongolian Shigeru could do way way better, I loved this scene so freaking much! Love that she made the move (clearly, the gal is a kissing bandit :P) and that she told him an apology/giving her sole thing he has from his mother won't do (for his past behavior) but that he has to spend the rest of his life with her as an atonement. And when he tells her that - hello, he just got a sentence of life imprisonment in some dark cell so she should reconsider, she tells him her talent is lighting lamps so it's OK.

Though I presume she didn't have to light too many lamps, because Kang Xi is going to keel over in a few more episodes and I am pretty sure Four will let Thirteen out ASAP when that happens.
