You remember my post a couple of days back about Yu Zheng's newest announced drama, Emperor's Beauties, about Xiang Yu, Lu Zhi, Liu Bang, Consort Yu etc etc. And I am sure you remember my horrified reaction at the fact that he cast Ming Dao as Xiang Yu because not only do I not care for MD's acting, I find him absolutely fugly to look at. Much tearing out of hair was had by me because except for the cast thing, it sounded like my dream drama.

Ummm.

Ummmmmm.

Ummmmmmmmmm.

I am not sure how to put this, so here goes: hanjae found a pic of Ming Dao all got up as Xiang Yu and ummmm...not bad at all he looks freaking hot!!!!





Ummm. I can't believe I am thinking that about Ming Dao, of all people. Seriously. I never even found him remotely tolerable-looking in anything. And all of a sudden I am going hormonal. Is this a parallel universe or something? Did I fall through a hole in time-space continuum? Is this opposite day?

I do not know, all I know is that if a beard can change a guy so much, Ming Dao should never be allowed to shave on pain of death.

Seriously.

On the plus side, shallow me is now looking forward to EB very very much. I still don't think Ming Dao's acting is much to write home about unless the beard also endowed him with magic acting prowess, but hey - I don't demand my actors to be both talented and hot. Just one of the two will do. Witness the entirety of Mike He's career.

Nope, sorry, Mingdao still does nothing for me lookswise. I mean, I don't mind his shows, but when I think of the other goodlooking tw actors out there, I just cannot understand why he gets all these plump roles...hahaha
