YESSSSSSSSSSSS. It's a 2006 jdrama called Taiyou no Uta, to be found at all the usual places. She's an aspiring street musician who has a rare genetic disorder which makes it impossible to be in the sunlight. He's unemployed guitar player who's given up on his dreams. Together, true love, angst, and deliciousness.

I did try Endless Love btw but wasn't impressed by the first ep - the setup seems very cliched and he was too good and she was too bratty so I found them both boring. (though I do agree Wilbur Pan is actually pretty hot in the flesh)
Re: Endless Love. Well, actually she turns out to be sweet and he turns out to be pretty dysfunctional but yeah, life's too short to keep up with a drama unless it really grabs you. I thik Wilber Pan is one of those people who's not photogenic but very telegenic.
