I swore I wouldn't do it but I am now watching ep 17 of Secret Garden with subs.

Bad bad idea - I totally can't deal even though I know it turns out OK. Starting with the part where she breaks up with him after he gives her that cat brooch and I can't even watch - I only have the subs part of the screen visible because I can't bear to look at his face. That's how I've been getting through most of the ep.

ARGH.

I can't deal.

i've even given up on reading the subs. i just listen to it, without seeing any visuals at all.

i would advise you to temper SG with MNIKSS, as i am doing, except for the fact that i know you're not too keen!

Though I think I have read every recap done by drama bloggers I follow, eek, I even know the sequences in chronological order already... I just can't open that video.

HB's acting stings even in stills/screencaps... what more if we see the moving warm bodies already? Same for HJW... how many buckets of tears have she shed in that ep? ;___;

It popped in my mind some hours after I watched it but the worst part (for me) is when he comes back to her (wearing completely black cloths I think...) to tell her (!) that he needs help (!) because he doean't know how to deal with that kind of fight!!! (This is then she told him to be the little mermaid!)

It's so heartbreaking because it shows us how helpless he is in his interactions with people... The only way he knows life is through books (and actually he says several times to RI and Oska and"Explain, I want to understand..." or he goes to his therapist for explanations...

In a way, he is almost completely "innocent" because he skipped 13 years of interaction with grown-ups...

Emma (of course I can be wrong because I just watched the ep RAW and only read part of the dialogs, so I can be really off on what he actually said...)

LOL I open the 18th episode right after 17 (with sub). I gonna bleed from nose if I didn't do it.

But seriously! Wtf is it with the whole amnesia thing?! After all they been through, it is all erased like that?? Gosh... Now I am suspicious that the cancer thingy will come too -.-

While Hyun Bin killed me with his acting in episode 17, I thought Oska dude was brilliant in 18 (Oh god, all of the crying and brotherly scenes. Ack!!!). How did they get so many magnificent actors and actresses in one show? Sheesh!
