I was just checking my Gloria files to see they dled OK and this is what I found in episode 26.

They got married somehow! And oh, he doesn't want to sleep with her before they leave the country because that way, if they get prevented and she is forced to go back by her family, she is still a virgin and so is not 'ruined'. Oh God. Thugboy, why are you so amazing?






She quickly ends this idea.






I love that she is the one who kisses him first. Love it!

It's official. As of where I am at (ep 21), Gloria has become my favorite drama of 2010. Sorry, Chuno, you are still awesome but you are n2 now.

also, I do intend to start this in spite of its 50 eps - my flist has been absolutely lit up with raves about it - but are there any eps I can skip, especially toward the beginning? (omg. 50 eps...I just realized this would be the first 50-ep drama I've ever tried - even Baker King tried my patience with 30 or so).

I loved Chuno but I love Gloria even better.

50 eps is not as bad as it seems because each ep is only 50 mins long.

Re: skipping. Hmmm. I think for the first 5 eps, you can safely watch only Thug/Ballerina scenes (I love them all but am trying to ration in reasonable fashion). The other otp barely has any interactions in those.

Good rule of thumb in general - you can always just watch shippy scenes :)

That is one of my favorite scenes from the drama so far. It's scenes like that that make DA/YS one of my favorite couples of the year - totally in my top three.

EP 26 was such a fun/lovely episode all around. I love the way the 4 are becoming good friends and the budding bromance between Kang Suk and Dong Ah is cute. :) Both Kang Suk and Yoon Seo basically had no friends before so having found this pair plus the 'extended' family of theirs is something novel and wonderful to them.

There's a really loltastic scene in the ep where KS is giving DA sex tips when the newly weds are off to honeymoon. XD I LOLed and LOLed.

I really have to watch Gloria next. Everything I've seen or heard of it tells me I'll love it. I'm living in Baker King right now - yes yes I know I'm behind the rest of the universe. I'm loving Ma Jun ;D

Heh, I still adore Chuno to bits too - it was nearly a perfect drama (if it wasn't for draggy slave rebellion bits, nothing would dethrone it from n1). For all I know, it's still n1 as they are too different to compare but whichever is newest emotionally trumps.

BK=mmm. Ma Jun = triple mmm. I hope to see more of Joo Won - for a newbie he did an amazing job.

Ah, Joo Won.... did you know he's pretty good singer as well? OMG ,he was totally adorable singing and dancing in one of these variety programs. I may have squeed aloud. *g* I'm looking forward to his next project as well.

awwww! I can't wait till I can get to a computer where I can watch those! Drat being at work. I think people would frown at me if I watched 'em here.

I love how so many of the Korean actors can sing as well and do songs for the OSTs. Makes that Sister Act line run through my head '..so multitalanted, isn't he?'
'Chajatta' for SKKS always had me in giggles.

JW is very good for a newbie. I was really surprised to find out that he was. I really hope he gets a lot more work as well. I just finished episode 11 and the end had me laughing so hard where TG kisses YK and MJ turns around and almost looks directly at the camera. The look one his face is priceless - almost 'You're kidding me! What the *bleep*! I hate that guy!'
