After taking a bit of a break, I went back to The Myth viikii page to copy subs for eps 36-50 (I have those for 1-35). But even though I donated, it still says "sorry, you need to be a contributor" when I click on that little 't' button in the corner which allowed me to see and copy/paste all the subs.

I mean, I can copy line for line but that will take forever.

WTF is going on?????

Randomly, could you send me the subs for ep 1? I'm thinking of biting the bullet and timing the raw myself, I don't care if it's off, I'll just deal.

Around 2006-7 he was in a really horrible car accident - I knew he was in a car wreck at some point, but I didn't know how bad it was - apparently it shut down production on Legend of Condor Heroes for a year.

Anyway, they were filling me on details and it's beyond grisly - apparently he almost died, one of his eyes had to be surgically reattached, and he needed a ton of skin grafts - they went into details in this sub-thread here (http://dangermousie.livejournal.com/1945461.html?thread=22833525#t22833525). I think I sort of felt like losing my lunch.

I am surprised he can still see with both eyes. Eeeek. (Though being able to feel your own jugular freaked me the hell out too).

Friend = Yuan Hong, my huge cdrama crush. You may know him as "hook man" (LOL, this will enver get unamusing :P) from LOCH:



They play sworn brothers turned enemies in LOCH and they have also been together in 2 other dramas. Apparently they were college roommates or something and are BFFs. I am imagining this amount of combined hotness in one room and brain is failing :)

I really do hope you check out LOCH sometime - it's genuinely excellent (well, skip the crappy first 3 eps but then it gets awesome). And happy ending for most!

sowwy for the TMI on HG's accident. Well...you sorta opened the door by asking, but still, its hard for me as a fangirl of HG and his dedication and my love of LoCH2008, the project, the amount of time everyone involved in put towards making that drama, it's hard to talk and think about the accident.

Oh a happier note, HG is fine. Though he lost a v.v. good friend but he has lived a very meaningful life inspite of this tragedy. He's a brave cookie, I approve of fangirling this man to the max! Though I personally <3 YH more. :-D

Hook man, ha! Yeah, HG and YH have been BFFs for almost ten years. Like I mentioned HXM, Vicky Zhao and my hottie crush Chen Kun being BFFs and the 3 Amigos in college as well. Vicky is one lucky, lucky, lucky lady, is all I can say.

No, it wasn't too much - I was kidding about the lunch thing - I really did want to know (my best friend is a surgeon who loves to talk about her work so I've heard much worse, don't worry :P)

I fangirl Hu Ge more than YH solely because The Myth made me sort of go fangirl insane. It all may change as I see more of their respective dramas :) (But I do fangirl YH a lot too :P)

Yeah, those three attended The College For Really Really Really (did I say Really too many times, because there is not enough Reallys for these three) Hot Human Beings.

It reminds me of reading somewhere that after Meteor Garden came out, Vic Zhou couldn't go back to college and finish his degree because the classes would get interrupted by hordes of fangirls :P

Sorry to ask this, but could I have the viikii sub file (Whatever you got directly from viikii) for episode 2 or 3? I'd to experiment with some file saving stuff, but I don't have any viikii files to experiment on (from any show). And I'd prefer to work with a Myth file that wouldn't spoil me for the rest of the show :)
