The (pretty hot) mv shows scenes from a drama called Sweet Rooms. This belongs to the episode titled Last Love which stars Narimiya Hiroki and that woman playing the model. The story is narrated by him.

I have four eps (don't know if there are more but I think there aren't) w/o subs. I can't remember where I got them, though.

Each of them tell a short story happening in a hotel.
