Still BOFing...

dangermousieI am so very excited for the upcoming episodes of Boys Over Flowers, the way I haven't been excited for weeks (I loved the drama through ep 16, which is later than a lot of people, but then it got too draggy etc for me).
But now, the love is back!
I have given up any idea that it's a Hanadan adaptation (because it really is not despite its claims) and am viewing it more as "inspired by" which makes it quite fun. I don't mind logic holes or whatever as long as it moves fast and doesn't draggy-drag but entertains and it looks like this will be fully back on track with upcoming eps - lots of fast-paced melodrama, evil parents, and shippiness, which is frankly what I watch BOF for (If I want art, I'll watch Mawang or Return of Iljimae - that is not why BOF is addictive).
I confess I am not even annoyed at Jun Pyo any more but am back to my Jandi/JP ship. In part because I am easy and all it takes is a bit of canon and in part because I like his actions much better if I don't expect him to be a version of Hanadan's Domyouji, but largely because the latest spoiler about Mama Kang made me unable to be mad at the poor kid - as I commented in a reply to![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

Plus, I think I can take her threats against Jandi more seriously now so mind less his behaving on account of those. I bet she has a secret alligator pit in the basement!
But in part it's definitely these pics that swayed me? I am so easy.
