But what makes it so awful is not your gloating in your victory over a teen girl (yeah, quite an opponent you got!) but the fact that you know your son loves her and making him do it anyway. I so bet he knows about the crazy spying cameras - no wonder he was such a bastard, anything to drive her away.

See, i would LOVE Korea if they thought, 'Hey! It's not fair that Ji Hoo gets no one in the end. He has chemistry with Jandi AND Jun Pyo. Why not have a menage a trois! They all need each other (although i can't quite think why Ji Hoo would need Jun Pyo - any thoughts?) in some way and it'd be the new thing to do!

Also, this episode's subtitle should be Episode 14: The one where Ji Hoo is as close to sheer and utter perfection as possible. Even the Chinese gay fanboy thinks so!

I just love the scenes of Ji Hoon and Jandi in Macau together, they look like an item, all smiling and so in accord. There aren't many scenes of JanDI and Jun Pyo of smiling. I wish the producers would change it. Make their own ending with Ji Hoon and JanDi together.

Aww, I finally watched eps 13 and 14 today. Woot!

13 was boring but 14 more than made up for it. It was angst paaaaradise.

No shipping confusion for me (JP/JD 4 eva!!!!!!!), still Ji Hoon was bloody well fantastic in both eps. I mean like perfect, perfect. If only being perfect actually got you the girl.

I wanted to watch C&A since I've heard of it - I like SJS and HJM so much! I'll wait for subs though. The only thing is, I am already watching 2 kdramas: Iljimae and BOF. Three might be a tight squeeze and I am not willing to give either Iljimae or BOF up (though Iljimae subs are relatively slow, hmmm).

I understand with the schedule cramping, I'm currently watching only BOF. Tried watching Spring Day w/ In sung and had to run away from it, also really interested in Love Shuffle but the subs situation is nill.

C&A seems to have an interesting plot and the little I saw yesterday was very engaging so I think I'll stay put and wait for subs. Yay! now I've got weds/thurs covered.

I generally do end up shipping Rui/Makino at some point - but it's never lasted this long before. WHY MAKE RUI A GOD ON EARTH?? Drama, stop playing with my heartstrings! It's not enough that he looks like a living, breathing Michelangelo sculpture, he's also got to be a warm, caring, deeply sensitive, unselfish, strong man with a great smile who understands Jandi up and down and takes care of her like nobody's business, and oh, forgot to say loves her like mad and they look together like the Gene Pool King and Queen?. Seriously. Jandi. Forget Dysfunction King and take the BF/Fireman.

I mean, he's even got a sense of humour. And is fun to hang out with. I find it REALLY REALLY unfair of the drama to enforce such gratuitous and amazing Ji-Hoo/Jandi time on us. I am LOVING IT MADLY. But only because I'm masochistic.

also, I noticed the same thing as scottishlass - she's ALWAYS smiling when she's with him.

Your favorite scene was the break-up, really? Granted it was pretty freaking amazing but I was all about the Ji-Hoo scenes, still somewhat to my surprise(I wasn't expecting to fall for him). Lee Min-Ho just...doesn't do it for me in the same way. Think my favorite was the masked silent hug.

I have never shipped R/M before but here I am torn. They really made Ji Hoo just too awesome - in jdrama there was this clear maturity/level difference: Makino was sort of like a kitten Rui was amused by, they weren't on the same level at all. And in MG, Lei, while a good friend, was clearly too spacey and too odd for Shancai (remember their horribly boring date?) But here it's not the case: true, Ji Hoo is a little eccentric, but in an endearing way. He is gorgeous, an amazing friend to Jandi, selfless, never pushy, bonds with her on a whole other level, and they have fun together.

Much as I ship JP/Jandi, and much as I adore Lee Min Ho and his portrayal of JP, I find myself going "girl, are you insane?" True, your boyfriend is hot and rich, but he is high maintenance (true, often through no fault of his own but still) and trying to be with him will bring you hell. How about you look at someone who truly is your soulmate - who is right there, being amazing (but not cloying about it, or pushy, or creepy, or possessive), who no one will object to you being with, who will care for you for the rest of your life, with whom you are so happy, and who, as your past crush indicates, you do not find repulsive but instead drool-worthy. In RL, 'd be doing my utmost to push her and JH together.

OK, I got carried away here by JH awesomeness, sorry for the rant :)

Seriously, if they don't end the drama with JH happy, I will stab something. He is the best person in the story and abnegates himself utterly for the happiness of the woman he loves and his friend. ARGH. Despite it all, all his past trauma, and the break-up with Seo Heon, he has such a capacity for love, and I want it rewarded.

YES! yesyesyes! Could not agree more. That's why it's getting to me so much - even though I shippped their couple briefly int he other versions, the Jdrama Rui just didn't care about her enough(until it was too late anyway) and Lei was just out in the ozone layer on a perpetual basis(yes, I have vivid memories of that awful date:) - he would never have noticed what was going on with her. That's why it's so frustrating - Ji Hoo is BY FAR the most functional, awesome, and most clearly/actively in love with her Rui of them all...and no girl in her right mind would fail to be touched by his devotion/amazingness to her, ESPECIALLY IF SHE'D PREVIOUSLY HAD a crush on him. I'm sorry - in RL, Jandi would be back in love with him in about 3 seconds, especially after LMH dumped her.

I even remember thinknig that in this drama, jandi didn't look very happy in her LMH fight scenes - usually, even though they fight, there's plenty of happiness under that because it's hwo they interact(Twversion was particularly good at this) and we know that - but in this one, I was really struck by how, when they fight, she doesn't seem to be ENJOYINg it that much. It's more like she actually is annoyed. Whereas she lights up and always has whenever she's aroudn Ji-Hoo, from their first date all the way until now.

also, the F3 would totally support their relationship. And for her parents, she just exchanged one uber-rich guy for another.
