Jan Di’s shoulder injury referred to in Episode 13’s preview was a result of being hit by the chair when she jumped to block Jun Pyo from Je Ha’s final blow. [Dangermousie: poor gal. Mr. Curly Rich Hair better appreciate and grovel].

Jan Di sets her mind to becoming a doctor (as opposed to a lawyer in Hana Yori Dango).

Lee Min Jung is playing Ha Jae Gyeong, the sole heiress of JK Group. Jun Pyo and Jae Gyeong’s engagement will be announced by Jun Pyo’s parents in Macau. It is an arranged, strategic marriage between the two families.

As Jae Gyeong shows her affection for Jun Pyo, BBF will explore the love square (”melodrama”) that develops between her, Jun Pyo, Ji Hu, and Jan Di. [Dangermousie: Ahahahaha. What's a kdrama without a love square? I'd say Jandi should go for a threesome. Mmmmm. Ji Hoo AND Jun Pyo, best of both worlds]

We will have a more in-depth look at family histories in episodes 13 to 24 (season 2). Jun Pyo’s sister Jun Hee (actress Kim Hyun Ju) and Ji Hu’s grandfather (played by Lee Jung Gil) will make appearances.

Like HYD, Boys Before Flowers will also feature a powerful maidservant who helps Jun Pyo and Jan Di stand up against Chairwoman Kang.

The other members of F4 will have bigger storylines in the second half of the drama. [Dangermousie: Will Woobin finally get a story? And please let this mean more Yi Jung/Ga Eul].

Episodes 13-14 will take place in Macau. The other F4 members show up in Macau to visit Jun Pyo shortly after Jan Di does.

Episode 15 will show Jun Pyo returning to Korea from Macau to attend Shin-hwa University with F4.

So. I didn't actually GRIN LIKE MAD when I read this part. And No, I don't agree with it. LOOOOOOOOOOOLLL!!! I pray for more Woobin and more SoEul OMG, I am so hopeless. ♥

And I want Jun Pyo crying for Jan Di's shoulder injury which resulted in her not being able to swim anymore. Hehe. I want mad crying Jun Pyo, I want. LOL. Actually I just want to see him cry. HAHAHAHA. I don't know why.

I feel you on the Woo Bin thing. Poor guys never gets a plot (the only time I've seen an Akira plot was in Meteor Rain).

On Woo Bin's official profile, it says "He lives being harassed by his [seemingly] eternally young mother, who gave birth to him at the age of twenty, and his late-born younger twin sisters" -- true to the manga. So maybe we'll be able to see inside Woo Bin's home and have the scene play out like it did in the manga when Makino first got a glimpse of Akira's household? *grins*

I haven't watched Meteor Rain yet, but Akira has a story where he falls in love with a Japanese girl, and they dance... or something.

Oh! You should watch Meteor Garden 1 at least, it's quite good. (Avoid Meteor Garden 2 at all costs)

I'd LOVE to see the inside of Woo Bin's house. I can just imagine the girliness now! (I totally just reread that part of the manga today!)

I couldn't finish the season myself but I've heard that in MG2 TW-Akira has an arranged fiancee/girlfriend who plays the cello and he eventually falls for her.
