I was madly hoping for this. I tell ye - I am going nuts with this, I was thinking of different scenarious in the hairdressing salon today.

An interesting thing comes from soompi forum perusal: UN/TH shippers are all "let TH live!!!" but DG/UN shippers are more of "no! it is fine if DG dies tragically"..

Oh nooo everybody thinks TH will die... (;_;) Somehow I have this weird conspiracy theory since Ep20: the original idea was to kill off DG because he's the big angsty hero of the drama and such guys always die. OJH was chosen as TH because he's got the pure looks to play a valiant general but doesn't have enough charisma to overshadow JH. But then totally unexpectedly people started raving about OJH - at least I have the feeling he's much more talked about than JH, or do I have selective perception? XDD - so they decided to change the plot and kill off TH instead. Anyway, I start to hate the writer more and more. Hope, my foot.

PS: Vow I thought much more ppl would choose the slash pairing! LOL While I absolutely support TH/HW, it's peanuts compared to the insane chemistry in Fantasy Couple. XDDD

I don't know if my sources are trustworthy 100% (the data I have seen was either old-ish or "soft"), but apparently Korean viewers largely prefer DG (and also apparently CJH was even bigger favourite, until he died). The other tendency I noticed myself that the fans of DG don't seem to object to his death too much. Take this or leave it : D - everything is so unclear.

But I don't think the director will change the ending he intended for the reason you mentioned - so far it works as planned and although TH is popular, in the home country folks prefer DG (and I am not sure how good mr.Kwak's English is :D)
