dangermousieI've just had a horrible thought - what if it's Pal Kang who needs a transplant and not Nami? Because that would not just reveal the adopted thing but also her relationship to Grandpa so the families could match donors or something - economy of writing.
And she was sick in ep 17. And that would explain the orphanage thing too - she has nobody to leave her 5 siblings with.
