I just wanted to ask if you happen to know if there's a copy of IRIS ep 5 without all that political junk at the bottom.

I have never seen it, and I've scoured the net. I am holding out for a DVD (which better splice in the extended make-outs, is all I am saying) but that's not out yet either.

It was by a famous director and had an A-list cast but I dunno. It's weird it isn't out yet. Useless YAB dvds have been out for ages. And I thought it was completely bizarre how Friend got completely shut out of any awards this year at all - all those self-congratulatory ones they do at the end of the year. They usually throw the less-popular ones but still A-listy ones a bone. But nothing. (And having seen the drama, that makes me froth at the mouth but that's a separate topic). GRRR.

Maybe it's a network thing? Friend and Tamra were both MBC (haaaate) and I just checked and YAB is SBS -- maybe MBC just takes longer to release their DVDs?

You have got to be kidding me. They can't not make it - think of all the deprived Hyun Bin fangirls! (Side note - I get so irritated when I think I've seen Hyun Bin in 3 excellent dramas and 1 crappy one and the crappy one did better than the three good ones put together).

The blurring isn't bad in later eps, honest. *weeps*

Oh gosh I cannot wait! Finally, they are working together and moving on with the prince story! I hope DG reunites with his brothers in 19 too... I'm so excited!

Btw, from the translated preview posted in Soompi, DG bursts into that area by himself to rescue UN, but is saved later by TH. Ohh boy. lol.

OMPH! They are finally together - means as twice as much screen time for everyone, at least. :D But from what is posted on soompi about the review - it looks as if they are still bickering, DG gets in trouble at the beginning and then they still continue bickering. I think I have enough of bickering, might give a couple of eps a miss.
