Do you mean a lot of torturing?????

LOL. Indeed. I have read spoilers for ep 17 and it seems like for this ep they watched IRIS and decided "Hah! We can do better than that. Watch US show you what torturing the protagonists really means." (I mean, only in Chuno would they be beating them as they are about to hang them - it seems a waste of effort to me :P)

But I have to say, much as I hate Chul Woong, I am amused that we have finally found a character really satisfied with his job :P

Also, this is a big spoiler for the ep so I am covering it, but Both General Choi and Wangson are alive. YESSSS!

I think they were torturing them all to try to find out where the Little Prince is? Makes sense to me. Also - this shows that CW gone total psycho, so I imagining him doing some torturing for torturing sake!

And EEEEEEEEEE! Thank you!!!!!!!!! I hope they all will be together.

CW certainly enjoyed his torturing stint in today's ep. I mean with DG is was all business, nothing much personal (other than the general like of inflicting pain) but he clearly went off on being able to torture Tae Ha.

I really want him to die horribly and slowly.

I hope they all will be together.

I hope so too! I want Gen Choi to get together with Little Jumo!

Noooooooo! Hate hate hate.

I see Gen.Choi living happily ever after. Loved his character in "Conspiracy in the Court" too.

Yeah, apparently he tortured TH repeatedly (and took care to reheat the irons every time ughughughugh). He was only stopped from permanently crippling him by interruption of Evil Minister who wanted CW elsewhere. DIEEEEEE!

I see Gen.Choi living happily ever after.

Me too!

Is it totally evil of me that I can't wait to go home and watch Tae Ha being tortured repeatedly?

If it's evil, join the club. (He gets tortured a LOT apparently, and I cannot wait).

I might even make some icons of heroically tortured shirtless Tae Ha. Gosh, I hope they will be rescued in the ep. 18 - I won't be able to wait until the next week!!

They have to be rescued in ep 18 - they'd be dead otherwise as they are about to be hanged at the end of this ep.

I wish Kwan jae was alive too, but hopefully the non-betrayer guy still is.

I want to know now what did TH and DG speak about in the sell? Their conversation about the better world continued???

I hope the non-betrayer guy is - something CW said during torturing apparently hinted that he was (he said that one of TH's followers may have been still alive).

I want to know that too but soompiers haven't translated that yet.

I am, however, intrigued to note that CW apparently understands what his wife says just fine, he just choses to pretend he doesn't.

yes, I have read about this too, so I hope!!!!!!

oh, I understood this from the beginning. he was just acting with scorn towards her. I like her a lot - it must have been so hard fr a person with disability in those times !

At least there is the fact that with all his evil and all his faults, Evil Minister genuinely loves her (I am sure if he wanted to get rid of a crippled child back then he could have - nobody would have dared say anything to him) and never says a harsh word to her.

If it wasn't him who did something to her mother whilst she was pregnant!!!! ( I hate him)

Oh, I was also thinking that DG always shows how much he despises TH - I wonder if this is because in reality TH is a little bit like DG was before he lost everything. DG rejects his old self, so to speak.

It wouldn't surprise me to learn that Evil Minister strangles puppies for fun so who knows what he did to the mother. But whether it's out of guilt or not, he's a pretty decent father. Much as I hate him, I actually like that even the evillest characters (him and CW) have one person they care for, at least. It's realistic.

That is a great thought! It totally makes sense. Because TH is an older version of DG-the-young-idealist. And it must gall DC, especially since the fact that TH maintained the ideals despite his past and the fact that he is 'old enough to know better' must seem like some sort of an implied reproach to DG.

I am watching DG/Th conversation now - there is many "Why?" and "Love" there and it seems that DG keeps insisting on something and TH just keeps answering stoically. I am tempted to check soompi for full translation of the conversation, but I'm afraid of shipping wars.

but gosh, did CW take his time in torturing TH.

Hasn't been any shipping wars so far but no translation yet either :(

I am sure many a resentful underling wanted to take down his boss down a peg, but CW actually made this dream come true :P
