I softened up a bit on Jun Ha - his impossible crush on the crazy secodary girl is kind of hot.
I softened up a bit on Jun Ha myself, though not because of his crush on crazy girl but because the more we learn about Kang Ha's family, the more insane and awful they seem, so I am willing to bet JH is damaged too, just in a different way (I think his crush on ice-cold freak who'll never reciprocate is a symptom of that).
I don't know if you watched the latest ep but he seems to be getting a little clearer-eyed about crazy girl, too - he was pissed when she dissed Pal Kang and was very incredulous that she won his brother over through her charms (his supposition was she got him drunk and compromised him, LOL). Good for you, JH. Snap out of it!
As of ep 7, I feel Dae Gil's only hope is if Sul Hwa decides he's running a peaceful inn with her. She seems to get her way. Shouldn't take much sulking and pouting. (His not seeming to mind being blatantly manipulated has its charm.)
ETA: Oh, which is Chul Woong? (Unless he hasn't shown up yet for me. I'm not exactly amazing when it comes to character names.)
Chul Woong - Lee Jong Hyuk's character - Tae Ha's former friend who is now evil Minister's son-in-law/pet assassin.
Re: Dae Gil. Much as I want DG to love UN only, I agree - giving up on that and trying to be normal and with SH is his only chance. I don't see him grabbing it though, tbh - he seems to be spiralling more and more out of control.

I'm not sure I see SH/DG as being romantic, though I have no objections whatsoever. Right now, he seems to see her as a cute and overindulged (by him) but extremely annoying little sister. She clearly has a crush, but I'm not sure how much is actual romantic interest, and how much is the fact that he saved her, and she knows he's the main thing that keeps her with a place and out of her old life. I don't know how much of DG's obsession with UN is love, and how much is tied to his family's death. (I doubt it's really clear that your significant other is objecting to what's going on when her brother burned down your house, killed your family, and is trying to kill you.)
Of course, I'm well behind everyone else right now, and likely going to break for a bit to avoid running out of subs.
OMG...I am watching DWL, due to your recommendation, and I absolutely LOVE it! Jerry & Ella are amazing together...such a surprising & refreshing pair!
